Sprint Engineers is an ambitious new project located at village Vavdi which is about 4 kms from Rajkot in Gujarat state. The company has purchased latest machinery from the reputed manufacturer like Amba, Alex, Hitesh etc. The company has installed capacity of more than 1 Lakh roller bearings per annum during its first phase, which will cover a wide variety of Ball, Taper, Cylindrical, Thrust and Spherical Roller Bearings. The bearings will be manufactured under the brand name “SPRINT”
SPRINT Bearings have a history of utilizing innovation and technology to the maximum. It is for this reason that it has always been adopting the latest technology and setting up plants to expand its portfolio. It began with the production of Ball Bearings in 2004. it broadened its product range by starting Taper roller bearings and Cylindrical Roller Bearings. In just three-year, SPRINT commenced production at a separate plant at RAJKOT by introducing Ball Bearings into the product line. Year 2019 marked the initiation of UCP (Pillow Block) bearings.SPRINT started the production of Self Aligning Ball Bearings in 2020.
SPRINT is well known for the variety which it offers through its range of distinct portfolios. Automobiles, industrial machinery, and household appliances are a part of its diverse and noteworthy portfolio. It also boasts of clients that are eminent names in the industry. SPRINT Bearings began its export in the year 2005 by exporting bearings to the Middle East via exporters. It started exporting to Africa and Sri Lanka in 2012. By 2020, SPRINT’s exports skyrocketed due to the doubling of their production capacity of all types of bearings from 0.6 million to 1.2 million. It exports to 3 continents, namely South America, Asia, and Africa. The Africa countries receiving imports from SPRINT are Kenya, Ethiopia, Ghana, Egypt. The Asian countries include Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka. SPRINT also has export relations with the Middle Eastern countries via exporters like Egypt, Iran, Oman, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E, and Turkey.
